Immersive repairs junction box fire patch

Description
This patch, alters the way fire, short circuit and electricution in water works. Fire and short circuits only have a chance of happening after the HP of the juction box goes past 15% and electricution underwater starts to become a problem only after 25% of Junction box HP

This patch needs to be above the original Immersive repairs mod.

I don't really understand your description of the mod.
It's increasing the chance of fire and short circuits in comparison with Immersive Repairs? Or it's decreasing the chance? It makes harder or easier gameplay?
