Adaptive TPS

Description
Stop the Lag!!

Get the Best of Both Worlds: Game Tick (TPS) + Smoothness (FPS)!

Controlling things at high game speeds often causes your FPS to plummet, severely impacting your player mood. This can eventually lead to terminal eye strain... perhaps even requiring the installation of bionic eye (Awful)!

Does your FPS drop when you crank up the game speed?
And do you feel forced to lower your game speed by hand just to get smooth FPS back?

Problem Solved!

Enjoy a seamless, smooth, and intuitive RimWorld experience with the Adaptive TPS mod! Feel time flow perfectly with your free fingertip movements!

How Adaptive TPS Works:
This mod isn't just about managing TPS; it's designed to immediately eliminate the discomfort caused by low FPS. When low FPS bothers you during screen movement or pawn control at high speed time scales, Adaptive TPS is designed to immediately boost your FPS by abjust Time scale or slightly leveraging TPS the moment low framerates impact your experience, ensuring a smoother gameplay. without even feeling it.

Then, once screen movement and pawn control are finished, it immediately returns to the original high speed time scale or restoring your high TPS.

New Feature: WorstAllowedFPS Method
The WorstAllowedFPS method has been added. If you're bothered by how time scale changes, definitely try this option—you'll be very satisfied.
New Feature: Boost TPS method
Boost TPS method has been added. When the Player is idle at a high speed Time Scale, Consumes FPS to boost maximum TPS. Once the player starts control, it immediately returns to the original state.

Important Notes:
* Adaptive TPS too involved in gameplay? Check mod settings!
* You don't need an FPS stabilizer. This provides superior features. Check the mod settings for details.
* It has no effect on your save files. Use with peace of mind.

I removed the stabilizer mod first. Its cool, I went to a smaller modpack. Thank you anyway!

strkrjns // If you disabled the FPS Stabilizer mod but did not achieve the desired TPS difference, or if you never installed the FPS Stabilizer mod, please contact us again. :D

strkrjns // This is because the FPS Stabilizer mod is enabled. When using Adaptive TPS, you must disable the FPS Stabilizer mod.

I'm also using Ferny's modpack, not using any other performance mods. While the game does run slightly smoother, I have higher TPS without this loaded. Am I missing something?

This mod is heavenly!!!!!!!!!! Running progressive + 300 mods totalling almost 1500. Running at 10x speed rn not even stuttering. Before this download, i could maybe run 3x with some stutters every few mins. Take my points

qux // When you enable the “WorstAllowedFPS Method” option within the mod settings, you can use the person tracking feature in SimpleCameraSetting mod without any issues.

It's just a problem when the camera follow a pawn, otherwise it's very good that's why we take your mod

qux // If the game speed changing is a problem, enable “WorstAllowedFPS Method” in the mod options. :)

Hi, do you think it's possible to add a compatibility with SimpleCameraSetting ?
When the follow camera key is ON on a pawn, the camera just shakes because the speed keeps going from x1 to x3, maybe it's possible to disable your effect when camera tracking is activated on a pawn?
