Description
Have you ever wanted an animal in this game that's just a slightly different version of another animal already in the game? Yes? Then this is the mod for you.

List of new creatures:
-Wallaby
-Magpie
-Dingo
-Barn Owl
-Clownfish
-Bullet Ant
-Leafcutter Ant
-Bonobo
-Macaque
-Damselfly
-Boxelder Bug
-Moray Eel

Any of the new creatures made in this mod are free reign to use in any other mods you want! I'm just happy to add a couple new animals to this old gem of a game. What you do with them is up to you!

Also, a huge thank you to both Dephesmo, who provided a very helpful guide on re-texturing a creature that allowed me to add new creatures to the game, and the2ndSign, who answered my multiple questions about how to edit game files. This mod wouldn't be possible without them!

Of course! The Quagga and Woolly Rhino were definitely on my list, but I may be able to make room for at least a few more ;)

One more question. Will you allow any extinct recolors and resizes, like a Woolly Rhino, Deinosuchus, Megalodon, Quagga, etc. Or will just be today's animals?

Thank you so much! These are some really good suggestions! Some of them were already on my radar (the Red-tailed Hawk was actually what inspired me to make this mod!) and others were ones I never even thought of (Hamster over the Lemming is genius!!) I'll definitely be adding more than a few of these :)

And after looking at some of the other animals, i can confirm many of these are good reskins, if any aren't, i apologize.

I love the suggestions! Frogs and toads for the most part have a pretty basic body plan so they should be easy enough to add at least a couple of. I'm not sure what abilities I'd give them either yet, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it ;) Thanks again for the guide you made on how to do this! I've always wanted to add new animals to the game and thanks to your guide I can make that dream a reality :)

Not sure what abilities to give them or what niche they would fill but I think some other possibilities by simply re-texturing are:
- Barn Own (Snowy owl)
- Pond frog (Poison frog)
- Toad (Poison frog)

I'll see what I can do! Right now I'm kind of limited to reskins, so anything that would involve any model editing (adding a horn to the unicorn fish, removing the tusks from the walrus for the elephant seal, etc) is currently above my skill level. That being said, there are some doable ones in here.. I'll definitely add at least a few of these!
