Replace Vassal Buildings

Opis
Allows you to replace buildings in your vassal's domains. Updated for 1.16.2.

Uses the same basic solution as Lynx's Vassal Buildings Replaceable and Drago Duval's DD's Vassal Buildings Replaceable before it, namely editing three lines of code in window_county_view.gui. Not compatible with any other mod that edits that file, but it should be easy to make a local compatch: simply copy the three line marked with "# RVB edit" in this mod's window_county_view.gui and replace the corresponding lines the other version of window_county_view.gui.

Note that this mod does not allow you to *cancel* buildings in vassal's provinces. That seems to be quite a bit more complicated and requires the skills of someone with a deeper understanding of the intricacies of CK3 scripting than I have.

Just wondering if anyone might know how to make this compatible with AGOT? It works, but it won't let 'Colonize Wilderness/Restore Ruins' appear.

I think this could work as a vassal contract for feudal, don't know about clan.

If only you could make the vassal pay for like 50% of it.

Another case of this should be in the base game, but PDX will sell it later as DLC
