Universal Caravan Updates
Caravans from Cathay and Chaos Dwarfs now all units with starting ranks.

Chaos Dwarf Convoy Updates
• Updated the unit composition of Chaos Dwarf convoys, making the convoy's unit setup more reasonable.
• Redesigned the unit setup of bandit enemies encountered by Chaos Dwarf convoys and fixed bugs.
• For full update details, see the patch notes in the top-right corner ↗.


This mod significantly overhauls the caravan system for Cathay and Chaos Dwarfs, adding more recruitment events, encounter battles, and trade route completion rewards. It also improves initial caravan units and traits. Many surprises await your discovery!

More Recruitment Events
Your caravan may encounter a variety of powerful characters willing to join your ranks. An Elven warrior riding a mighty dragon? A lost Chaos hero? Or perhaps you'd like to recruit Terracotta Sentinels and Little Groms into your caravan? With a bit of cost, they will swear loyalty to you until death.

More Encounter Battles
A caravan full of tempting treasures—are Ogres the only ones eyeing them? Beware! Your caravan will also attract interest from Skaven, Vampires, Daemons, Beastmen, Imperial bandits, and more. These enemies grow stronger as turns pass, so you must also strengthen your caravan accordingly.

More Trade Route Completion Rewards
Once your caravan braves countless dangers and reaches its destination, they will receive even stronger external reinforcements—Frostwyrms, Amethyst Landships, and more will lend their power to your cause. More reward events will be added in future updates!

Compatibility
This mod is compatible with most mods, but incompatible with other caravan-related mods. Missing DLC may result in the loss of certain unit rewards or enemies using DLC-exclusive units, but this will not affect the mod’s overall functionality.

Future Plans
This mod will receive long-term updates and is developed purely out of passion. A simple like is all we ask—thank you for your support!

Not sure if its another mod causing the problem, but it seems like when a convoy completes for the Chaos Dwarfs, that if they have the boon from the tower that gives an artifact every 3 turns, they won't get an artifact from the caravan. Maybe its just me.

You're just unlucky. This is the highest difficulty level among the 23 enemy configurations. That means there's a 1% chance of encountering it.

The highly challenging legendary dragons are not something you can tackle by using special mods. If you merely use the official version's troop composition, after 100 rounds, your technological advancements will still enable your army to defeat them (provided that you need to deploy 5 troops to draw the enemy's hatred and then send them to attack the 5 dragons separately). Then, with the combined firepower of all 15 teams, you can focus on dealing with just one dragon.
