Hive FE Ship Set

Description
Metal rusts, flesh adapts

This is just a little mod that adds in a playable version of the alternate Spinovore ship set used by the Hive Mind Fallen Empire added with BioGenesis.

Features:
  • The ship set includes all standard biological ships and stations.

  • Megastructures are included and almost all are covered. The only exceptions are the Synaptic Lathe and Deep Space Citadel. These two aren't possible without additional overwrites that I would rather avoid.

  • Also includes the Hive FE's room textures and flags.

  • Now includes a somewhat matching city set as well.

NOTE:
This is sadly not compatible with any other mod that adds or edits bio-ships, in order to make this I had to overwrite the bio-ship files and some civics/origins as well.

Also shoutout to Renf and their awesome Lithogenesis mod which has built in compatibility with mine.

PS: Sorry in advance for this requiring BioGenesis, this is using assets from it after all.

Typical for me not to notice given wilderness has seemingly been broken plenty of times and I quite honestly haven't played with the origin much if at all.

That aside I found the problem and it should be fixed. At least until something else breaks somewhere.

Wilderness biomass was totally broken, and only when I played without your mod it was fixed. Next time I launch the game I will enable just to confirm.

Exemples were: pops worked on jobs and biomass didn't go up

@Jvr And what's the bug? Everything seems fine on my end.

Just a heads up, there's a bug with the biomass resource in the topbar with your mod, I was trying to find what mod was causing it and it was this one.

I mean the fallen empire uses it on their hive worlds... so there must be a way
PrimordialAeon 7 Sep @ 8:02pm
meh... oh well... maybe you will figure out how to make it exclusive to the Player empires just like
it is to the fallen empire
Dark Sajuuk  [author] 7 Sep @ 2:30pm
That's because hive worlds don't use the city art.

well i got a single hive world to over 24k pops and it dident switch to the fallen empire hive world background

A planet would need 24000 or more pops to use the same city appearance as an ecumenopolis.

how many Pops we are talking about?
