Reduced Recoil for Spearhead 1944

Spearhead's guns have very high recoil. It works in isolation of the mod but when pairing with other mods or CDLC, it becomes extremely unbalanced.

Solution: Mod reduces most Spearhead gun's recoil to make it more compatible with vanilla and S.O.G CDLC. All guns still have higher recoil than S.O.G guns
