Practice for Mega Brutal

Description
This is a VERY simple scenario that only enables Additional Concerns, Slow Deployment, and Aggressive AI. Stuff that is enabled on Mega Brutal but Disabled on Normal and Casual (Brutal has Slow Deployment but not the other two). The goal of this scenario is to help you practice dealing with the things mega brutal enables but on lower difficulties
I made this scenario for myself but i published it for other people that may want to practice for mega brutal like this too
