Scaling Infamy Decay

Infamy now starts off decaying much slower, but the amount of decay increases over time, resetting when you gain infamy again.

Available annual decay increase options:
  • 0.4
  • 0.6
  • 0.8
  • 1.0
  • 1.2

To put this into perspective, on the 0.8 setting you will decay 100 infamy in 14 years.

@KatetheSibyl Makes sense given Vicderp 3 but good luck too you I love the mod so far and it's good others can see and understand it now (might want to add it too the page in the future this might get buried)

@TRK The tooltip is really buggy for some reason and I can’t figure out how to fix it yet, it’s different from the other tooltips, literacy tooltip for instance was no trouble to edit. If I figure it out I’ll update it.

@TRK You lose 0.1 per month to begin with, but it won’t show on the infamy decay tooltip

@KatetheSibyl Odd thing I found is (While at war) in 1854 on 0.8 decay I don't decay at all... is this how it is supposed too be? I know decay rates starts off weaker and and I only fought one rev war before this so I am just wondering
