This is a quality-of-life modpack I personally assembled for my own use.

• Fixed Vanilla modOptions in MainOptions.lua
  
• Left Mouse Click pass through UI ELEMENT while in Aiming Mode

• Disable Alarm Watches - Disables alarm watches from corpses during transfer.

• Equip Masks While Moving - Masks can now be equipped while walking.

To enable this functionality while ensuring maximum mod compatibility,

go to
..\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\lua\client\ISUI\ISInventoryPaneContextMenu.lua
and make the following change:



My mod is designed to be compatible with almost everything—except the one I’ve explicitly excluded.
I’ve added mod options you can toggle; so if another mod touches the same elements (e.g., the player name on the inventory bar, or reordering the inventory containers), just disable that option in my mod to make them play nicely together.

At the moment, two mods that might overlap are the popular CleanUI and Reorder Containers.
If you use either one, simply turn off the relevant option in my mod—bam, 100% compatible!

If you notice any other incompatibilities, feel free to let me know here. I’ll add them to the list so that players will be warned in-game about the conflict!
