Simply adds regular quality bonuses to the new depleted fuel ammunition boxes added by the talent rework, as well as raising the recycle level requirement to be the same as the base fabrication one.
Again, Immersive Ammunition Boxes isn't technically a requirement here, but the entire point of the patch is parity with the rest of the mod...
