Use's stuff like pain, low health, and "suicide attempt" (jesus christ) sounds mainly, but there is some stuff like screams and whatnot.

You shouldn't need to rebuild audio cache. If you notice any screeching, please leave a comment saying what sound you heard the screeching from.
