Overdrive Counterattack

Description
Replaces the counterattack music with an excerpt from Lazerhawk's 'Overdrive'.
Use snd_restart in console after loading a map to apply changes.

Game is saying no such sound exists error in console whenever this is suppposed to play. I've entered snd_restart at the start of a map everytime and still no success.

I figured the solo would be more intense in life or death situations, say being the last member of your team during a counterattack.
