Description
New Civilisations is a Star Trek mod for Stellaris, presenting players with a large number of empires to choose to lead to dominance in a number of Star Trek settings. Formerly known as "Strange New Worlds", the project name was changed to avoid confusion with the new TV series in development.

This version of New Civilisations is the last stable version for Stellaris 3.14, created to allow players experiencing issues with Stellaris 4.0 to continue enjoying the mod while fixes are implemented.

IMPORTANT
Do not run this version of STNC alongside the 4.0 release. Download the latest version of Star Trek New Civilisations here.

i have a question in that mod you can tarde shipsets is taht a submod or how did you do it caus i wana get some mod sets in my game

Oh man, this is awesome. I didn't dare hope that you'd kept a legacy version of this mod for those of us 4.x "refugees". Thank you very, very much!

I loaded up the STNC mod & I saw that the UFP faction starts with Mars colonised & was going to use that as a guide. This will sound stupid but I cant find the initialiser file for that faction. Could you point me in the right direction please?

You'd need to add an init_effect or something to the Mars planet definition. Feel free to check out the STNC initialisers for roughly how to do it, but it'll really be up to how you want it to work.

Ive made it colonisable but i cant work out what the right commands are to put in the sol_system_initialiser file to get POPs and districts to spawn.

You'll need to edit a few things. You need to make a new planet class for it that's colonisable, and tweak the solar system initialisers.

Sorry to highjack this thread but Ive seen in your UFP faction that its starts with Mars colonised. Im trying to replicate this for my own small mod but cant work out how to do it. Any chance a developer could show me the way please?

This release is for 3.14 only.

For 4.0.* versions, use the regular version of STNC linked at the end of the description here.

I ask because I'm getting crash on 100% load of game but new dawn works also 4.0.8 and 0.9 have crashed on load ? So trouble shooting currently

Is this only compadible for 3.14 version or other betas 3.12 before or rollback versions after
