Ammo Limit Sliders

Description
Adds sliders to control sk_max_ values in Options -> Froze Settings -> Ammo Limits
When enabled, this ignores the server Ammo Limit.

After testing, best used with server ammo limit set to zero


CURRENTLY FOR HL2 AMMO BOXES ONLY

scripted ammo boxes support through the form of manually inserting through a UI might happen

[BUG] When trying to pick up a weapon when you have full ammo of it's ammo type, but not the weapon itself, this mod will block the pickup.
