Custom Menu Backgrounds for Mod Squads [WIDE]

Added some custom backgrounds for a few supported mods. Will not create any conflicts unless the original mods add artwork of their own. You do not need to subscribe to all of the mods for this to work.

Supports wide monitors. Monitors with normal aspect ratios are still compatible, but the backgrounds will look pretty scrunched. For normal aspects: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3444209217&searchtext=menu

Supported mods:

- Ranger Regiment
- (Delta not being worked on; I need a picture of at least 2800x1600)

Vanilla squads will not be altered yet since they have a nice style of their own.
