Allows downed pawns to tend themselves. Makes solo runs possible. It doesn't matter whether the pawn is a doctor or not, the cut throat must be tended.
Multiplayer compatible. Tested only on 1.5.
Works for ANY humanlike pawns. Don't be surprised when raiders tend themselves and then return back to the fight.

Note: Downed pawns will first try to tend themselves, only then crawl away. Tend will be lower quality and will take longer to do. Pawns can only tend themselves if they are conscious and able to manipulate. Pawns will only tend bleeding wounds.
You can change the minimal medical skill and the ability of a pawn with a medical restriction to tend itself in the mod settings.

- fixed a NullException when a pawn tries to tend a missing limb
- fixed instant tending of all bleeding wounds
- fixed the pawn's ability to tend itself despite being unconscious
