Isenbach LASER cruiser

Description
Made to take on smaller planes but can also fight more armoured stuff in its material class.
The turrets share one LASER system so when one is disabled the remaining beams are stronger.
There was also some thought put into EMP protection but it is not very excessive.

Cost is around 115k materials.
Goes 20 to 25 m/s.
