Description
Updated for the 1.0.0 playtest:
Vllagers seem slightly less responsive to changing their current tasks in this version, so laborer task for the idlers has now slightly higher priority


No more idling: idle workers will chop trees and mine stone like laborers while still assigned to their professions!

This includes:
- not having raw materials available,
- reaching production limit,
- not having anything to forage/farm
etc.

Workers will return to their preferred work as soon as its available to them again. They will still supply their homes or stay inside if its too cold.

You can change for which profession this behavior should apply through config file (disabled for military and services jobs by default)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- may have performance impact on large towns (testing needed)
- when loading a save when a worker was already idle, sometimes the worker needs to start their profession work and then start idling again for the mod to apply

Just resubscribed after this update and getting locked screen lasting a bit, unable to accept new settlers only deny, and saves are corrupt. No idea if it's this mod, just noticing these things after resubscribing.

Can we have an update for the new pre-release of 1.0? I have not tested it, but I assume we might need an update since last is in May?

Gidday I have played a few more games and haven't seen the issue occur again so you must have fixed whatever the cause was.

I couldn't reproduce the issue, but I added an extra failsafe in part that potentially could cause issues when villagers are dying

Gidday just some feed back I subscribed to your mod.
Started a new Vanquisher game and had only build 2 hunters cabins, 1 smokehouse and 3 houses population = 10 villagers.
A wolf attack resulted in 4 deaths and Melon Loader went nuts with reams and reams of error messages.
Not sure maybe an error checking problem with a limited number of villagers.
Anyway great idea and posted for your information.

Yes, service jobs including traders are disabled by default, you can change that in config

没有更多的闲散:闲散的工人将像工人一样砍树和开采石头,同时仍然分配到他们的职业!

这包括:
-没有可用的原材料,
-达到生产极限;
-没有任何饲料/农场
等。

工人们会尽快回到他们喜欢的工作中去。如果天气太冷,他们仍然会给家里供应食物,或者呆在家里。

您可以通过配置文件更改此行为适用于哪个职业(默认情况下,军事和服务工作禁用)

重要提示:
-可能会对大型城镇的性能产生影响(需要测试)
-当工人已经空闲时加载保存时,有时工人需要开始他们的专业工作,然后再次开始空转以申请mod
