Description
Basically. I got bored. I wanted a post apocalyptic type vehicle. so I took a weld tool. some props. and the HL2 Buggy. and this happened. I liike it. but it is NOT very efficient. that road tax and fuel prices will have you bankrupt within 3 minutes of spawning this (Note: There is no road tax or fuel prices)
