PETITION - To get POSTAL Red Letter Day dude ported to POSTAL 2

Description
The POSTAL Dude needs your help to get the dude from POSTAL 1/Red Letter Day ported over to POSTAL 2.

MANUAL INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED!

1) Open the game and let it download mods
2) Exit the game
3) Open Local Files of Postal 2
4) Go to WorkshopContent, then 3476032800, and then Textures
5) Copy the WeaponSkins.utx file and drop it into the Textures folder
6) Done!
