XL_RagingRivers r02

This is the same setup as XL_RagingRivers but with some parameter tweaks. It shows a very nice variety of biofilms, multicellular, and single cell forms.

Among the tweaks, fluid tau was lowered to .5 (this parameter is related to what we think of as viscosity). Simulation behavior can be rather sensitive to this parameter.

I also changed the biomaterials so that more of them adhered to either gas, dead cells, or alive cells. Like the original RagingRivers run, they never adhered to other biomaterials, and they only adhered to one type of circle. The connections formed by biomaterials were also set to be affected by drag.

The parameter changes resulted in this version of RagingRivers having about double the number of cells as the original.
