Experimental mod that extends guards monitoring CCTVs to be able to dispatch other guards to investigate incidents, which is a feature many players requested, but does not exist in vanilla.

PUT ABOVE OZONE FIXES & QOL mods! (if you use one or more of them, that is)

Functionality:
- guard types will be dispatched to investigate incidents (in a 30 tiles range from the inmate)
- n.b. for detection CCTV orientation is taken into account (rather than a radius)
- wont dispatch guards with specific stations, jobs or that are on break
- crooked guards will disregard dispatch orders
- guards, armed guards or dog handlers can be called (or orderies if the misbehaving inmate is criminally insane)
- compatible with all CCTV types (cctv, cctv camo, advanced search light)
