Global Cooldown Reduction

This mod will reduce the value of Global Cooldown of abilities from 6 seconds to 1.

Keep in mind that this actually intended as "minimum value", that means that the GCD cannot be lower than 1 second, the true global cooldown is also influenced by the attack speed (for physical abilities) and casting speed (for spells). For example, a spell with a 2 second cast time should now trigger a 2 seconds global cooldown (without this mod it would still trigger a 6 seconds global cooldown).

This mod may have compatibility issues with other mods that change the damage and healing values of spells (as in the default version of the game, they are affected by the GCD variable).
