Wild and Horned Hermit - Ibaraki Kasen

Description
A mod based on Kasen from the Touhou Project, and many more characters. A mid Ranged character that uses her summoned animals, hermit arts and bandaged arm to barrage her opponent.

Icons by my friend 3D

She's meant to be played at around the mid to higher ranges, and if her super hits she can follow it up with 3 different options.
If theres any game breaking issues let me know, though lowkey I made this for fun so if theres any issues with her being too strong uh my bad.

right of the bat we already have a 9f iasa :sob:
slow jab but 10f iasa
2 more moves with 12 iasa
weak ass anti air (just like other modded characters)

its interesting with the supers for air and ground. im iffy about the one special move that does alot more damage than it needs to. hopefully this mod gets more attention

This looking like first try make character. Even if real first try this great. Anyways good mod.
(Oh finaly more TouHou Characters? I happy. Even having only Sakuya and Cirno not cool. Now we having Kasen :D)
