You want to play at 144-165 or other hz but eternal is making it default 60hz and unable to change?
Then make a new resolution (or use some of the other ones and delete so only your prefered hz is only left, wouldnt recommend due to some games not supporting over 60fps so they default to 60hz)
For me 1760x990 is working flawlessly, 1680x1080 too
for some reason Doom Eternal is from what i ve read is defaulting on the lowest avaiable HZ that is avaiable or the "default"
wich in some cases can lead to the 60hz
