The construction content of the Longguang Century project is to build an 82-storey super high-rise hotel office building and a 54-storey super high-rise apartment-style office building. The total planned land area is about 22,669.62 square meters, and the total construction area is 392,091 square meters. The two towers are connected by a three-storey podium and a four-storey podium, with the podium primarily used for commercial purposes and the tower for hotel offices and apartment-style offices. The functions of the land are urban residential, commercial and financial. A central water feature is set up in the green plaza on the north side, and a green space and swimming pool are set on the roof of the podium. Four-story underground parking is installed.

Inspired by the lotus flower, the tower's elegant, crystalline and transparent body exudes a scorching brilliance, extending urban life from the street to the sky, which is eye-catching.

The tower takes the lotus flower and blooms in the sky. The curved glass curtain wall of the tower also matches the overall shape, creating a perfect fit.
