To run this mod you must have

ULX
ULib
Simple Timer Plus
VManip

or this mod will not work.

[NOTICE: UNINSTALL ALL SPECTATOR MODS YOU HAVE BEFORE INSTALLING]

Mod introduces 2 new commands via ULX

!setseeker (sets a player to be the seeker for a round)
!toggletimer (toggles the timer)

HOW TO USE:

Place down a Simple Timer Plus object.
Configure it however you like.
Set the seeker via the !setseeker command and then use the !toggletimer command to toggle the timer!
