Description
This Mod adds new custom Mounts and tweaks some of the vanilla ones aswell.

more Details in the Screenshots above!
some stuff in here may be subject to change, for balance reasons or how i see fit!

I modified the following files:
  • FactionMounts.rpk,
  • FactionMounts_PrimalFury.rpk
  • FactionMounts_EmpiresAndAshes.rpk
  • FactionMounts_EldritchRealms.rpk
  • Factionmounts_WaysOfWar.rpk
  • FactionMounts_HeraldOfGlory.rpk

I only disabled the Mount Traits in these files, nothing else. I did that, because i remade the vanilla ones, even if they have the same effects as the old ones.
That way i have full control and can even add custom stuff to them ^-^

extra units getting mounted, is a base game funktionality, it is not done by this mod.
Honestly though, it is definetely possible.

So. Weird question, I know, but is there a way to make it so I can choose one of these mount traits, but WITHOUT making basically all my units mounted? Or to be able to just choose somewhere that I want my normally mounted troops to use one of these mounts? I love the idea of using cool mounts, but I hate having all my units suddenly mounted. (Don't ask why, even I don't know why it bugs me so much.)

Thank you for creating this mod. It's great! But I was wondering if it would be possible to reactivate the vanilla trait as a 1-point option?

Update for the DLC, more info in the patch notes.

This will get another update, with possibly more custom mounts in the future :bonfire2:

I think the updates to this and the custom fashion mod are the ones I'm most looking forwards to.

Checked, due to update of trait menu(s) on faction creation, sadly mod isn't working right now.
