Treatment of captives affects diplomatic relations

Description
This mod enables the effects on diplomatic relations based on how the player treats captives post battle.

Inspired by the Warhammer 2 mod of the same title by sm0kin:

Really like the mod. The only issue I've seen is that "sacrificing souls" (playing as Valkia) is treated as "releasing captives" for the purposes of the diplomatic effect.

Hellebron liking me for sacrificing her druchii to Khorn is kinda funny :P

Removing the mod won't break anything, but the diplomatic attitude effects might remain.

No, it only shows the effects in the diplomacy panel. I could add the effect in the post battle screen, but I think I prefer the vanilla text.
