Saint, behold! The Big Chief in her holy four gauges! Rejoice!

It's a KS-23. Sold at Barman, somewhat balanced for end-game content. Very powerful but slow fire rate and expensive.

Future plans:

- Update sounds to be beefier and more impactful.
- Add multiple ammo types (Barrikada slugs, possibly flash rounds/HE rounds?)
- KS-23M variant. Could likely do this as a stock variant.

Will start working on these as soon as mod updates are possible without creating an entirely new workshop entry.
