Removes almost all elements of the survivor on-screen HUD that aren't accessible by menu.
Unlike the other mods that all try to do the same thing, this mod should get everything and only modifies one file (hudlayout.res), which means less conflicts.

General Features:

• Removes progress bar (e.g. reviving teammates)
  
• Removes weapon selection UI and ammo display
  
• Removes team status display
  
• Removes item pickup panel (popup)
  
• Removes killfeed and assist/damage record
  
• Removes damage indicator (red arrows)
  
• Keeps the sniper scope

Local/Self-Hosted Servers Only:

• Removes crosshair
  
• Removes all glows (similar to Realism mode)
