fixes the color issue for rk+, geacps+, tr+, ssr+ and rp+

Colors for Japanese sphere are no longer have Crimson Patch ones

Now works with Fisting Europa submod!

@Robbo_B looks like Fisting Europa modified colors of GEACPS, so I copypasted their code.

The new update seems to have messed up the puppet colours for Japan, such as Tibet and East Turkestan

@EL1T3_Zach idk, TNO colors aren't compatible with mods listed in "Required" Tab

In case, the old SSR+ will be replace with this mod , so you should update with the new dependencies (note, the color in the new are still in progress).
