just a reupload from my gamebanana workshop page for Luc681. :)

fixes restores and improves things

- more readable armband and c17 logo on the metrocops back used this Variety of armbands from metrocopes[gamebanana.com]) and beta/alpha texture

- fixed/restored missing metrocop glass eyes using the beta/alpha eyes

- fixed gloves using beta/alpha gloves

- fixed/restored missing sole using beta/alpha sole

- fixed/restored missing head glow on metrocops head used supercop beta/alpha head glow

- fixed/restored non glowing parts used beta/alpha glowing parts

Man, both this and the Civil Protection Tweaks Mod are both great, I don't know which to choose.

When reading description, I look at comments and I swear to god I can hear the sound effect at the end of Underlayfake-4's message. I can't be the only one... right?
