gm_bigcity for stormworks.

Made in like 1-2 hours, there's 5 workbenches and stuff, uhm yeah.

NO DLCS ARE REQUIRED - THE MAP REPLACES VOLCANIC ISLANDS WITH GM_BIGCITY

All actual credit goes straight to Bigwig, who is the original creator of gm_bigcity.
