[VJ] In Sound Mind Shade NPC

Description
Shade npc from In Sound Mind on VJ Base.

Shade takes only 25% damage from bullets, but x2 damage from fire and blast. If Shade will take fire/blast damage he will retreat, regenerate health and his damage will be doubled for 20 seconds. Also his attacks have a slowing effect.

As you closer to Shade, your screen becomes darker.

VJ Base is required!

Love how ChatGPT helped, like I'm not usually a fan of AI usage but in this case it was used to excel an already excellent project; kudos to you guys for incorporating AI properly, instead of just having it generate the entirety of the code.
