Jalopy's Gnome Attachment

A couple of lump file edits that makes the gnome stay attached to the jeep to prevent it from falling off, making it easier to get the "Little Rocket Man" achievement.

This mod replaces the Magnusson Device's model with the gnome since the entity that's being used for attaching to the Jalopy (weapon_striderbuster) is hardcoded to use the MD model and can't be changed.
Particles for the MD also needed to be disabled since some visual bugs were caused when making "weapon_striderbuster" unbreakable.
