The Arc9 Sticker maker [github.com] by HaoDongMo on github will tell you how to. i recommend Visual Studio Code [code.visualstudio.com] so you can more easily edit the lua file. that's where all the information is for the mod besides the actual images (folder, names, credits, etc)

to upload for your brother i'd say just use gmpublisher and set to only friends. both pages tell you how to use them below the files :steamthumbsup:
