Description
This is a very simple mod: every single country on earth is now third-world. This will make it way easier to subvert the European countries (and the Western bloc in particular).

You play as the USSR from 1949-89.

Have fun uplifting the likes of France and Canada to a first-world level. Just remember: if everybody's poor, no one is!
