Weld - Delete-on-Break

This tool is basically a copy of the vanilla Weld tool but with the added option of deleting one of the welded props when the other disappears.
This type of weld is already present in vanilla Gmod, however you only have access to it in specific situations (e.g. when using the thruster tool)
One of the usages of this tool is to create explosives: weld any props, thrusters, etc... to an explosive using this tool and they'll get deleted upon explosion: there will be no annoying leftover props !
Also, the constraints created by this tool keep their functionality even without the addon installed.

Do note that the delete-on-break property is one-way only: in a delete-on-break weld constraint, only one of the two welded props can get deleted. Explanation is below.

Prop 1 disappears => Prop 2 disappears
Prop 2 disappears => Prop 1 does not disappear
If the weld breaks, nothing happens.
