Pony Portraits Re-Expanded

This is an edit of TardiusMori's Pony Portraits mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3401769512&tscn=1745030984 ), which itself is an edit of shoobers' re-reupload of Aurora's Pony Stuff mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2830683966 ).

I've reinstated the missing species and portrait packs with some adjustments. Mane 6 characters can now no longer appear as normal pops and instead only appear as leaders. I've also cut some portraits that I found lore-unfriendly, such as batpony/changeling versions of existing characters. Finally, I prevented any of the equestrian species from generating as random empires. You can still force-spawn custom-made empires using these species.

Currently included portrait sets:
Pony (Unicorns, pegasi, earth, bat and crystal) - 70 portraits + 4 leader-only portraits
Robopony - 21 portraits
Kirin - 9 portraits + 1 leader-only portrait
Storm Faction - 1 portrait + 2 leader-only portraits
Griffin - 6 portraits
Dragon - 9 portraits + 1 leader-only portrait
Pegasus - 21 portraits + 2 leader-only portrait
Earth pony - 24 portraits + 2 leader-only portraits
Unicorn - 19 portraits + 1 leader-only portrait
Crystal pony - 4 portraits + 3 leader-only portraits
Batpony - 2 portraits + 3 leader-only portraits
Changedling - 21 portraits + 3 leader-only portraits
Changeling - 20 portraits + 2 leader-only portraits

I have a few small changes I'd like to make in the future but I'm happy to call this a release for now. Let me know if you run into any issues.
