LAS-99 Quasar Cannon has null sound defs, triggering an error:

CombatExtended :: SoundDef was null for DamageDef EnergyBolt as well as instigator Bullet_QuasarPulse96745
Tried to PlayOneShot with null SoundDef. Info=(World from (212, 0, 92), Map_0)
