Fix Mod Button Symbols

Fixes other mods that want to have Button Panel <ButtonSymbols> pointing to their mod folder.

Does nothing on its own, does not need subscribing.

If you're the one making a button panel and want custom symbol icons then simply add this mod to your world for local testing and then as a dependency when published.

Looks at all modded buttonpanel definitions and then at each path in <ButtonSymbols>.
If the file exists in the mod's folder it will append the current mod path (which works regardless of where the mod is downloaded), allowing the icon to show up.
It will write to SE log with the "FixModButtonSymbols" prefix for each definition it fixes.
