No Hardcore Perks

Description
Removes the minimum requirement that forces you to pick at-least 3 perks when starting a Hardcore game. This is for players who want the harder difficulty but without the negative perks.

Dang it need to restart i am like 3 hour in on Hardcore and the O´l Henrys Stomach is an Blackhole. But i think i will stay with -40% Exp. and the Old back

The mod works. You can just hit "confirm" without picking anything.

Can Confirm mod not working with new patch. Am required to choose hardcore perks when starting new hardcore game.

Currently breaks the new photomode features, no biggie tho since it seems safe to disable after starting the game

it works, i play hardcore with 2 negative perks now and thats really nice. i play with -40%xp to not be overleveled and the perk that makes me more vulnerable and the enemies stronger. additionally i got the better combat and realish hunting/stealth/npc mods and much more. im really thankful for this becuase i just dont want the annoying perks
