Description
Features :

This mod makes all climates suitable for all factions and hides all UI elements related to this system. As a consequence, the AI will show a higher inclination towards conquering new territories.

Enjoy a campaign devoid of archaic game mechanics and supposed "loreful" considerations. This is Total War, and there is no such thing as holding the player back from conquering territories.

I found the issue after an hour. It wasn't my PC since I just built it with latest parts. Turns out when I installed warhammer 3 steam had "-dx11" in the start up. Removing that looks like it fixed it completely.

That cannot possibly be caused by this mod, check your PC.

game stutters after every turn for 10-15 seconds and sometimes crashes to desktop, this is the only mod I have enabled.

Malakai's faction the masters of innovation still has climate penalties being applied.

I have set all climate penalties to zero, I don't know what you are talking about... I will need more information if you want me to look into it.

the penalties are still in effect, just can't see the climate on the settlement banner anymore

This mod won't need updates unless CA add new factions to the game with climate preferences.
