Cathay Caravans: Hidden Stores (Attrition Resistance) Skill Tweak

•Modifies the attrition resistance skill to from 25%/50%/75% to 75%/85%/95%
•Increases replenishment rate from 2%/4%/6% to 4%/6%/8%.


Why?
I'm a little late to the party but I decided to upload a personal mod I've been using for a while.

With the release of Chaos Dwarves and reshuffling of the Mortal Empires map I found that Cathay Caravans were attritioning themselves to death.

I increased the replenishment rate as well so that once your caravans have ran the gauntlet of Chorfs/Orks/Vampires/Chaos they get to have a little breather and recover on the last leg of their trip once you've unlocked the 3rd skill point that allows you to heal in foreign territory. It felt very lackluster at base levels because you are unable to heal in any territory where you're taking attrition. (Which was the first 4 turns of your trip in my experience)
