Num7/4 - Left Wheels
Num9/6 - Right Wheels
Num0 - Headlight
Num- - Close door
To open door, hold Num+ for a few seconds, then grab the small cube. Get in chair, then close door.

Fast enough, needs a decent speed to turn. Glass is breakable, but seat is weaponized if you have that addon.
