You Need To Disable Any Other Mod That Uses The basehlcombatweapon

To Gain The Gun Type In The Console: "give basehlcombatweapon"

spread, recoil, and bullet cone are all hardcoded in the C++ side (in functions like GetBulletSpread()) and not hooked into the script system.
