Ladder Healing Troll Preventer

I deleted the version with the "overusing kits" and made this which only prevents the healing while on ladder


WARNING:
  • Works on singleplayer and hosted local servers only!


Features:
  • When a player tries to heal someone on ladder, prevents the healing process and immediately drops their kit far away fom them
