Re-textures Hermes Boots to be the Boots of Swiftness from the Minecraft Movie

Currently changes only the item texture and name, but not the equipped boots running animation (im too lazy and there's already other blue boots in the game for vanity purposes)

Usage
The boots of swiftness provide a short speed boost to the hero lasting for four seconds. Activating the artifact grants the hero the Swiftness buff, which doubles the hero's movement speed and stacks with the buff from Swiftness Potion. The duration of the buff is based on the power stat of the artifact.

There is a cooldown of five seconds after activating the artifact. This can be reduced with the Cool Down enchantment and certain armors that give artifact cooldown reduction, such as the evocation robe.
